Seven Hills: Invitation to a tropical garden - Local News - News - Blacktown Advocate
IT’S a thriving patch of paradise that doesn’t require an expensive airfare or hotel booking to enjoy.
Neil and Helen Curran’s Balinese-inspired oasis at 24 Johnson Ave, Seven Hills, is open to the public as part of the Australian Open Garden Scheme on March 24 and 25.
Once a cottage garden, the Currans’ property of about 40 years morphed into a tropical yard overflowing with exotic plants including red Singapore dwarf frangipani, calliandras, croton leaves and angels’ trumpets.
